Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Flint Grand Blanc

I attended a conference at Genenesys Conference and Banquet Center and booked a room at the selected Fairfield Marriott. Although not attached to the Conference Center, it's aless than a minute drive to the Conference. I did not have the pleasure to enjoy all of the amenities, but what I did enjoy, is worth 5 stars! I reserved a King Suite that included an additional sitting area with a very comfortable couch, desk, and additional TV. My bathroom was spotless! I usually find someone's stray hair somewhere when traveling but I couldn't find anything to report this time. I had plenty of towels and the bathroom had a modern design and enormous shower. The bed was so good, I slept wonderfully, even waking up in the exact position I fell asleep in. This is a huge compliment from someone who sleeps on a TempuraPedic at home. The breakfast was delicious and their spinach quiche cups are perfect to grab and go. I packed the rest of my things in the early morning when it was dark and heard something drop, but I looked around and did not see anything. I ended up leaving my ear buds case in my bed and when I called, they let me know they found my prescription sunglasses (that dropped on the floor). The staff was very friendly and I appreciate them for going above and beyond to find my earbuds in the laundry. I would absolutely recommend Fairfield Marriott to someone traveling or attending a conference in this area.

Nicest staff I have encounter in my many travels. Rooms and breakfast were wonderful. Plus they have a cute little hot chocolate station

This hotel was great. Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Especially Linda in the lobby. Even though I was a few minutes late for breakfast, she made sure to take care of me. So kind and friendly!!

Booked our hotel block with a conference room for our wedding and everything went perfectly! Highly recommend doing the conference room for getting ready in the AM and then for a little after party. So nice having everything and everyone close together.

Overall this hotel fit every need with a few minor exceptions. The hotel was clean bit sparsely decorated and the beds were a bit outdated. We were told the pool would be closed @ 11:00 but there were about 20 people in there after midnight, no buggy but we didn't bring suites because of what we're told. The coffee was delicious, I went back for a second cup. Breakfast would meet needs of a family. I would recommend this hotel.

I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel due to a last minute issue that was out of my control, but when I called and spoke with Liz, she was so helpful and kind. I hope to re-plan my trip to stay here in the future.

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott are truly exceptional. We came to town on behalf of a major service project to assemble and deliver a care package to every single victim who was affected in the tragic attack in the Grand Blanc Church last week. We had hoped to rent their conference room for the space we needed to assemble. When they heard what we were there for Karla (the sales coordinator) didn’t even hesitate to link arms with us to help how they could. She made arrangements for us to use the conference rooms for 2.5 days with access to the room 24 hours a day. We worked in that room through the night. Every front desk associate happily assisted us. They made sure we had all the tables we needed. Dave even hauled probably 75 broken down boxes to the trash can for us. The conference room was perfect for our needs. Our hotel room was comfortable, clean, peaceful and absolutely wonderful. The location was so convenient and we felt safe. Our stay truly could not have been any better. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Phenomenal experience with them. Thank you specifically to Karla, Marissa, Jason, Woody, Damon, Elizabeth, and Dave.

I went to a show last night at pine knob music theater and stayed at this hotel afterwards. It's absolutely beautful! Very clean, nice sized room with a large bathroom, the complimentary breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had anywhere, the service was excellent and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating! Anytime I need to stay in the area I will always choose to stay at this hotel. Great rates as well! Very satisfied with my stay!
